1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Personalized training programs for the individual. Whether your goals are fat loss, muscle building, general fitness or sport specific, we can help you achieve your goals.

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
No matter if you need an affordable rate or live in another country, you can be trained by a real trainer online. Lack of knowledge or guidance is no longer an obstacle in achieving your goals.

WEIGHT TRAINING FOR MEN/WOMEN
Two independent cost-effective training programs for groups of 2-3 people. They focus on educating and implementing the fundamentals of resistance & cardiovascular training.

NUTRITIONAL MEAL PLANNING
Correctly losing body fat not only requires training, but also a nutritional meal plan. Therefore we also provide individually designed meal plans to assist you in achieving your goals.



PHIL BROWN
Founder, Owner, Trainer
Phil Brown has been working in the health & fitness industry since 1977. His long relationship with the industry coupled with his many years of experience has gained him the valuable knowledge needed to train his clients and push them both strongly and safely towards achieving their goals whatever they may be.

However despite Phil’s extensive knowledge in various training methods, he chooses to specialize in HIT (High Intensity Training). This program is scientifically designed to allow anyone to achieve maximum results with only a minimal amount of time invested in the gym.

At GETFITR we provide a complete selection of cardio equipment, free weights, weight machines and a stretching area. In addition, we also provide two shower rooms and a changing room for your convenience.
